We at Kathy's will do our best to make sure you are very happy with your purchase. We take care in making all of our products and we ship them ourselves.  Please email us with any concerns on your purchase within 7 days of receiving it. 

All of Kathy's items are pretty much custom. We do not put it together or make it until you order it. In stock items will ship within  3-4 days. We will notify you if what you have ordered is not in stock and how long it will take. Custom orders will usually ship within 2- 4 weeks. All saddles as a rule are custom and will take an approximate time of 10-12 weeks, but that varies with each individual order. 

Return or exchange of any purchase requires prior approval within 14 days of receipt of your item. We will exchange your item for only the additional shipping charges.  We will accept the return of your item if it is in new and unused condition with tags attached. It will be inspected upon receipt of the item. If the item was a custom order please email us and we will chat about it.
